What we collect and why
Enquiries
When you email or call us, we collect your name, contact details and your message. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: answering the enquiry you sent us. We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months after our last exchange.
Bookings
Meeting bookings are handled by Cal.com, who process your name, email address and selected time as our processor. We receive the booking details.
Client engagements
Where we deliver contracted work, we process the data needed to deliver it, under contract and, where required, a data processing agreement. Engagement data is retained per the engagement terms and our legal obligations, typically up to 6 years for contractual records.
Website analytics
We measure this website with aggregate, cookieless measurements via Cloudflare Web Analytics: pages viewed, referrer and country. There are no cookies, no cross-site tracking and no advertising identifiers, and we cannot identify you from it.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not add you to marketing lists without consent. We use no third-party advertising or tracking pixels. We make no automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you.
Who we share with
The subprocessors listed in our security statement, only as needed to operate; professional advisers under confidentiality; and authorities where the law requires.
International transfers
Some of our providers operate in the UK, EU and US. Transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy and standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2017 you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email [email protected]; we respond within one month. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Authority (odpa.gg).
Changes
We will update this page and revise the date above.
